Spent almost 10,000 points on a $10 XBox Digital card but never received the card

I spent some of my Microsoft rewards points on a $10 XBox Digital Card and never received the card. I purchased it on the morning of 11/29/16. I was told by a support tech to include this reference #1364693221

Didnt get my reward.

I bought a $10 xbox card and never recieved it. It took my 10,000 points for it but a live rep said i have nothing for it. It took my points so i expect my reward.

My Reward Hasn't Come Through

On 9/12/17, spent 10,000 points on a $10 Xbox Gift Card. I haven't had the money added to my Xbox account yet. The points were deducted from my rewards though, so I know I used them to buy the card. Not even an email was sent to my account to confirm my
purchase of the card. If anyone can offer some clarity as to why I have not recieved my money, that would be wonderful.

Keep in mind it takes up to 24 hours to receive the code. If you don't receive it after 24 hours, you'll need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Rewards program (they are separate from the Xbox Rewards program). Their contact is listed on their

Well I've never used a credit card just ms point cards. But total spent was 1600 ms points. But FM3 came with 3 vouchers worth 2000.

I have just found out that I have been hacked too. 10,000 points purchased, and spent on FIFA12 content. I have reported it to XBox and my credit card as fraud. I am not waiting for XBox to come up with the goods as they seem slow, looking at previous
comments. My credit card company will hound them. I wonder if it is actually EA, or XBox thats been hacked... Any admittance of liability yet?
