    SPENT 7 HOURS ON XBOX SUPPORT WAITING FOR AN AGENT.


    Today, I have spent 7 hours waiting for some assistance with my Xbox. I still have received, no calls, no emails or anything from Microsoft, which is extremely upsetting. I have spent 10 months waiting to purchase Forza Horizon 4, I pay for Xbox Live and
    I paid for the game.

    It finally downloaded, I try to play it and the lag is extremely bad. It freezes and lags so hard. I have restarted my Xbox 54 times with no luck. I have performed every time of reset possible. I have moved my Xbox and Television into 4 rooms and it has
    no worked. I have tried every single possible method on the internet known to solve this issue. I spent 7 hours waiting to be contacted by Microsoft and I still have not been answered.

    Please, all I request is to be contacted by somebody to fix the lag/freezing and crashing.

    All I would like to do is play on my Xbox which I have not been allowed to play on for 10 months.

    Hi JoshDV7, I'm sorry for what happened to you, I don't want to bore you with useless attempts, I ask you: have you also tried a hard reset of
    the console? because honestly I can't think of anything else (remember that game saves are synced to the cloud and you don't lose your progress).

    One last piece of information that could be useful: is the game installed on the console or on an external hard drive? in this second case have you tried to move it to the hard disk of the console?

    Thanks for the information it helps some in determining what is going on. When you stated it finally downloaded meaning Forza 4 how long did it take? Sounds like the game install is corrupt and would need to be reinstalled.

    Thanks for updating us with your reply. Is the freezing/crashing happening only with Forza Horizon 4, or are you experiencing this with any other games? If you haven't already done so, I recommend trying the troubleshooting from our

    Xbox One Game Freeze Solution
    to see if it can help clear up the crashing issue. It will take you through different scenarios to determine what may be happening and provide a solution specific for that event.

    In regard to any lag you may be experiencing, I further recommend our support article entitled "I am experiencing slow performance when playing
    Xbox One games on Xbox Live."
    to troubleshoot what may be happening more directly. If you would prefer to do so via a
    phone call or chat with an Xbox Support advocate, then you may wish to try a different web browser to request the call back as our Ambassador has suggested to see if you get
    a different result and complete the process.
