Spent $45 and never received my credit.

I purchased Strider and Plants Vs Zombies: Garden Warfare on the xbox one store on 2/27/2014 and never received my promotional credit.

I checked my account and email multiple times.

Did not receive credits for October missions

For the month of October I spent the 59.99 on qualifying content and should of received credits and I got my achievements also so I should of received my credits for that also.

 

April Games with Gold reward

Ive just spent an hour with 2 different chat techs, just to be sent here to post a ticket. Aprils email blast for Games with Gold said get all games by the 6th, receive $5 credit within ten business days. Over a month later, no credit. Just spent 45 minutes
with the last tech support chat agent sending pictures confirming I received the email, and was eligible to get the credit, only to be told she could not actually give me the credit, it had to be done here. Help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

 

Anyone? How can Microsoft have a promotion and completely ignore honoring it?
