Spent $30 on Rock Band 4 and no credits have been put in my rewards account

Since your purchase was not of a game, it was not eligible.

I am not receiving credit for having exported rock band 2 to rock band 3, and therefore cannot upload the songs to rock band 4.

3450 Rewards Credits is 3.45, not 34.50. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce
page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. You spent this deposit shortly after you received it on Rock Band 4 content.

Not getting credit for having exported rock band 2 previously

I just purchased Rock Band 4 Rivals bundle on Xbox One, ran into the same problem, and have had lengthy conversations with Xbox and Harmonix support.

I don't believe that "My games & apps" - "Rock Band 4" - "Manage game & add-ons" - "Ready to Install" works anymore at all for the Xbox 360 content. Does anyone still have anything listed there?

Harmonix's response so far has been to ask if I could look up a track in the in-game store. It shows as "Purchased" in the game. So you would have to manually find and download and install each track individually, since the "Rock Band 2 Export Pack",
"Green Day Export Pack", "LEGO Rock Band Export Pack", "Rock Band Song Export Key" etc are not available.
