Spent 210$ and nothing applied to myvip discount?

Hello

I spent $210 to raise my star level to 5 which happened thankfully, but for some reason nothing i purchased seemed to apply to MYVIP discount for December am i suppose to get it based on my 2016 discount rate which is 8% or 2017 which is 10%.

Kindly need your feedback because something feels off with the last months statement(December)

Got a problem with my account

I have recently noticed that MyVIP ranking aint leveling up .

according to the MYVIP ranking info on the site i get a star if i spent more then 300$ but i spent 1497$ and got nothing and even more for my first purchase i should have gotten 1250 credits according to another support post on your site.

I tried to contact support but they could not help me so i am trying here

As stated in the FAQ linked, purchases made towards completing a monthly mission will not also be eligible for MyVIP. This is also stated in the Terms and Conditions (Xbox Live Rewards):

E. Rewards Credits Restrictions

11. Each qualifying action may only be applied to a single offer.

Since your purchases went towards Retro and Rebel Rewards, they were not also applied to MyVIP.

 

MyVip is calculated at the end of the month (December 31st) and deposited around the middle of the following month (January 15th) so it is to early to see that reflected on your account. You should receive your rebate based on the highest level you achieved
which sounds like it would be 5 Stars which is 10% if you have a gold membership.

A Staff member will be able to confirm whether that is correct next week. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. The payback you saw on your December statement was for your purchases for the month of November, which is why it was at a 4 star level. I can confirm that you made
the 5 star level, and you should see your payback at that level for December.
