Jag får inte till det så mina barn kan spela crossplay mot sina kompisar som har ps4, på mitt konto går det.

Går det att fixa?

Playstation does not offer cross-platform play with the Xbox so he will not be able to play with friends who are using a PS4.

Why XB1 and PS4 can't play together? My friend have only PS4 and I've an XB1 and i can't play with us: why you don't ability XB1-PS4-PC crossplay?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Which game is the child attempting to play that is cross platform? The only game that is available for cross platform play between Xbox and PlayStation is Fortnite. If the game attempting to be played is
Fortnite, child accounts do not have the ability to cross platform play at the moment. This is a decision made by Microsoft. The reason is that Microsoft is currently working on adding a parental setting that allows the parent to enable cross platform play
for the child account. We do not have an update on when this feature will become available, but we are aware of it and are working on it diligently. We will post an update on the Xbox forums about adding that feature to the parental settings as soon as we
get another update. We look forward to hearing from you again.

Hello all,

The moment has come finally.With the November update the change should now be implemented to enable the cross play you will need to do the following:

Log onto the parent account

Go to family then manage family members

Select the child profile

go to privacy and online safety then Xbox live privacy

then go to view details and customize-communication and multiplayer

Then select you can play with people outside of Xbox live and select allow

to allow them to communicate also select "you can communicate outside Xbox live with voice and text

On ps4 and ps5 unlike most platforms YOU must enable cross-platform play within the game.

And yes sony users voted to make it an mandatory switch

This is after the resistance that sony had against crossplay
