Thanks for reaching out to the forums! In regards to this issue we do apologize for the inconvenience but since we no longer manufacture the Xbox One console we don't have anymore PSU's in stock anymore.

The support agent gave you the best work around the situation, as you will more than likely find a power supply in a third party retail store like (Ex; Amazon, Game stop, Walmart,. etc) I personally have bought accessories for my Xbox through amazon and
they have worked great so it's a good option to look into.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.

I would have preferred that the operator told me that it was out of production instead of telling me to buy it on Amazon, your answer was much more satisfying and friendly.
