    I tested this and the "Player traits" seem to only work when you are on foot. However there are other items you can use to effect the gravity to make vehicles jump really far or really slow. I have a couple on my offroad map that allow you to go MUCH
    further than you normally would. But they dont make the vehicle faster. If you figure it out let me know.
