Specific Screenshots Won't Upload or Save

    Specific Screenshots Won't Upload or Save


    I've looked around but can't really find an answer for this? Maybe there isn't one...

    Basically- I took a few screenshots, ones I'd like to upload and save for myself and I think it must have been when my Gold membership ran out- I'm not entirely sure, but out of all my screenshots and clips, there's 10 that don't have the option
    to save or upload. Even when I go into Upload Studio and try to save them, it fails every single time.

    It's been a week since this issue showed up. Any idea on what I can do? I'm worried they'll eventually expire...

    I've tried deleting others to see if it's an issue with memory but that doesn't work. Neither does a hard reset.

    Can't save or share Game DVR captures?

    I have the same issue when i go to the upload studio to edit and save my videos or screenshots it wont let me save or add titles to my video or upload them.

    Upload Studio clips will not share

    It won't allow me to share my screenshots either. Everytime I attempt to save a screenshot it won't save.

    Between Upload not saving screenshots and Upload Studio just plain not working, I've got a very low opinion of the One.
