    Hi,

    So I bought this game and also bought 2 separate addons, and the game has been working fine until I moved it to another drive. Afterwards only one specific addon stopped working so I requested a refund and bought a bundle package instead and reinstalled the 2 addons again. (The bundle had both addons anyways). For some reason that specific addon won't work and I'm not sure why. I got a warning message once showing my privacy settings isn't update but it seems to be an issue with getting it to load as all the files are installed. Can someone help me with this? Thanks

    I think you don't understand what i ment to say...

    After installing all the addons on the base game, i am not able to see or access them in the game.

    The base game:- Train Sim World 5 Starter Pack is installed and working.
    The addons:- 1) Train Sim World® 5: Frankfurt - Fulda: Kinzigtalbahn
    2) Train Sim World® 5: San Bernardino Line: Los Angeles - San Bernardino
    3) Train Sim World® 5: West Coast Main Line: London Euston - Milton Keynes
    These are Installed But, not shown in-game. i.e, I cannot access/find them.

    Hi there,

    that is a strange issue, I can't tell if you tried but please try the following steps in the exact order:

    1. Uninstall the game
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Check if the game is fully gone and if so try to install again.

    If the game wasn't fully gone, then you might consider a factory reset (perhaps even with removing all installed games and apps) keep in mind that this will require you to Download your profile again too, which in turn requires the account credentials.

    If you have any results please reply those
