    Special Thank You To One of the Support team.


    Special thank you to a live chat support (I think his name was Jeffrey_****, *- I don't remember the last part of his name). A week ago, he helped me try to get Battlefield 1 and Overwatch to start after they automatically closed after startup. Spent an
    hour or two trying different solutions and couldn't figure it out. The last thing he told me to try was to uninstall them both at the same time. (I did one then the other beforehand). Alas, it worked! Both are working and saved me from even more hassle and
    I didn't get a chance to thank him for that advice that ultimately saved the day, so this shout-out will have to do. Thank you!
