    This is absolutely disturbing to be yet again voice banned. I have spent thousands of dollars on microsoft games and consoles and subscriptions over the course of 15 years. I demand to speak with a live rep. and not be limited to 500 words or so to state
    my case. This type of stuff is slowly pushing me away from Microsoft. I have had a lot going on in my life, and being able to play video games with my friends in a party only lobby has allowed me to be at ease. Please respond to this and let me know what phone
    number I can reach a rep at or chat live with someone. Thank you

    The only way to talk to the enforcement team is through their website and the case review process they do not have a phone number nor do they monitor these forums.

    Unfortunately the only way to speak with the enforcement team is through the case review process at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    Phone support cannot assist as only an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions/bans they issue.

    The ONLY people who have the authority when it comes to Gamerscore resets are the enforcement team & they will never speak to anyone outside of a case review.

    Whoever he spoke to was not a member of the enforcement team so it doesn't matter what he was told.
