    when will be able to connect?

    You may be eligible for refund from Time Warner, since they made the mistake in routing tables they distribute. Since the problem is not caused by Xbox, it would not be fair to ask for a refund from Xbox.

    I would advise to try and contact Xbox Support again via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat again to have them check what happened and possibly assist with the faulty item. Since they are the only ones that might be able to check what happened yesterday

    I was granted a refund last night for a in-app purchase but when I woke up now they took my money out of my acc.

    I asked for the refund through XBOX, yes, but since I was still seeing the items (like the bundle and such) that the kid purchased I talked with EA (cause I couldn’t reach xbox support) about the situation.

    NEVERMIND- I finally connected with someone and they refunded me.

    Though- I tried to speak with a ambassador and he or she was VERY rude...

    You would need to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can refund the original purchase so you can purchase the correct item. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
