Speak for those who have yet receive GOW 4 Beta Code

Dear Support Staff,

You already saw that there are many eligible players who so far have yet receive GOW 4 beta code which should be distributed today. Please kindly raise this issue to higher corporate level. I have some questions:

Who is responsible to generate the eligible player list (TC or MS?)

What is the current status of the code drop?

Any way to check when the player/customer posted here can get the code?

If you don't have the above information, who is responsible party (department/person) and his/her name, contact phone or email address

If you don't know the answer, at least post what have be done at your end

If corporate legal department has involved this, please provide the name, title, contact info for the legal staff

Fallout 4 Forza car and GOW Beta

I played GOW U before the 11th and I own and have played Fallout 4 yet I have not received a GOW 4 beta code or the code for the Fallout car in Forza 6

Not Receive GOW 4 Beta Code

Hello, I purchased GOW UE on PC and also Console this year and I have yet to receive GOW 4 Beta code via xbox message.

I check message via xbox.com and there is no message from xbox live regarding the code drop.

Today is the last day (Thursday) to receive code for early access.

^ I haven't received a code either yet, and I have got GOW Ultimate Edition. Do you have to request a beta code or should I be sent one automatically? Thanks.

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

I am in the same position; Xbox Support, I would like to requesta full refund should I not receive thecode. I purchased a digital version of Gears of War Ultimate Editon on the proviso that I would receive early access to the Gears4 beta. After I purchased
my copy, Xbox ran an advertisement campaign encouraging players to purchase a copy to ensure that they gain access to the beta. I know people who received their code, yet purchased the game last month. Ibelieve that Xbox and The creaters ofGears of War have
failed to meet their obligation tome as a consumer, I wouldtherefore ask that a full refund is given. The advertisements clearly stipulated that purchasing the game would ensure early access. Unfortunately this week, it was announced that aphased release schedule
would be implemented, this does not constitute "full early access" to the beta as advertised. I have been a fan of the franchise, and my gamerscore reflexts the fact that I have purchased every version of the Gears franchise. I have had an account with Microsoft,
and paid my subscription consistently for 9 years. This isthefirst time that I have felt ripped off byboth Microsoft and the creaters ofagame. I sincerely hope that this matters, as it will have an infliuence on my decision to continue purchasing games from
the store, especially when I am being sold a product under false pretences, irrespective of the logistical rationale for these decisions.
