spam reporter defense?

Hi I've been getting spam reported for a month now. A guy I beat in a game a month ago keeps reporting me and getting me banned. I've not sent any messages and he reports my gamer pic no matter what it is and I get banned because he is mad I beat him in a game. I've tried to appeal the ban and was denied. I've tried talking to support but was hung up on twice even though I was nice and patient with them they were no help I've escalated my case to the safe team for harrasment they just said block him but that doesn't work. My account had zero strikes and now it has 6 in less than a month and xbox support has been giving me the run around in resolving this issue. If people can just spam report an account like that what stopping anyone from just getting people banned for simply being better at something? The enforcement system you guys have in place needs to be drastically changed or you guys need people that can handle the cases on a personal level and review them. I've had my account for a decade and a half and never had a ban now I'm on the verge of getting perma banned because of one salty player. I need answers Microsoft

Hello, So a couple things to think about. Just because your being banned doesn't have to make it come from that player. If you are banned its supposed to be because they have sufficient evidence of a banable offense. You cant speak with anyone in enforcement. Its all done through the website only. Maybe you keep losing the appeal because you are basing it off of this player who you state is reporting you. It could be ANYONE in the Xbox universe. My thing is I don't play with anyone online unless its friends and I def don't talk in game. Things have change so much with reporting. Not saying your guilty/ or not I would just be super super cautious!!!! I tell my son watch what he says all the time on his account, I don't want to be banned because of him. His little friends find it funny to report people too!!!

it might help if you read the 1st amendment it will shock you makes me wonder why people invoke something when they didn't read it

Private servers are.immune to 1st amendment

If you read the actual test you will see why

Congress's shall NOT make laws blocking freedom of expression or speech

Note.there is.no.clause for.private servers or citizens or homes

Basically anyone can kick you out of their home and you can't invoke it

It.also.falls under the harm clause.

You may not.infringe on others rights

It doesn't matter who.starts the fight yiu may not violate the terms of use

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to any refunds due to lost gold subscription time due to enforcement action.

Not sure whats childish about this,you were found to have committed violations of the rules that you agreed to follow & are being punished for it,something else you agreed to when starting your account.

Doesn't matter how many reports are filed against you,you will only be suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

No laws have been broken.

You would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them.
