    Space Jam perk disapeared after try to redeen with error


    Hello Team,

    I did get the Space Jam game perk and the code showed up to me.
    I did click in the option to redeen in the same screen and the xbox crashed trying to open the store.

    After reboot the console i dont have acess to the code anymore and i still dont have the game.

    Is there a way to access the code i received so i can redeen it?

    I was able to contact the xbox support.

    After login off from my account and turn off the console for 2 minutes, the perk did appear again in the botton of the menu and i was able to open it and get the code.
