South Park the stick of truth promotion help!

so I bought South Park the fractured but whole, and the previous game was supposed to be downloadable. I got it on Friday and the previous game never downloaded and says currently unavailable but I do have the preorder downloaded. Can anybody help?

I can't download South Park: The Stick of Truth!

I'm not able to download South Park: The Stick of Truth after I pre-ordered South Park: The Fractured but Whole. It doesn't show in ready to download and on the game's page it say "South Park: The Stick of Truth is currently not available". Please help!

Are you currently in the Xbox One preview program and using the new dashboard? If so, try using the search feature on the Xbox Store and search for "Stick of Truth". Once you located it, try to download it and see if it will let you download the game for
free.

I had no problem with South Park before this update but after I tried to get the same promotion with dishonored 2 and I still can't get dishonoured 1 I have searched it by name in the store and it still is $29.99 ca I have looked in ready to install and
still nothing have reached out on other forums and still no direct help anything would help thanks. Happy only a few deal with this so it isn't happening to everyone later just hoping that me being one of the few everything gets fixed by the end
