Sound quality drop with Bluetooth headphones on PC when using Xbox party chat and playing...

Hey Dom,

I have checked the Bluetooth and I have lmp10 5.1, the headphones problem is Bluetooth because I have plugged it in via usb c and it does work without sound quality drops. And I have made sure it is updated to the latest version but I still have the problem of sound when using microphone at the same time only with Bluetooth

1. I have made sure that everything is up-tp-date.

2. It is happening on Halo Infinite and Deep Rock Galactic - the sound quality is fine when playing Human Fall Flat and Warhammer 3 in the PC game pass. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Halo and Deep Rock but the issue persists. The issue is also observed in the Xbox party chat.

3. Not sure what you're asking for on this one. My PC is running Windows 11 and is up-to-date. I also have the latest drivers installed.

4. I've tried different bluetooth headphones and I've tried using a different bluetooth adapter.

We understand that you have an issue with the sound quality on your Bluetooth headphone while playing on Xbox app. As per description you have no problem when Xbox console and when you play on other games.

For us to further verify and understand the issue we need more details about it. Please provide us the answer on the following questions;

1. Have you updated your PC and drivers on the latest version?
   
2. Is it happening only on the same one game?
   
3. Once you have updated your PC please check if there are some needed to make it compatible with the game that you got an issue with.
   
4. Check on all possible connection error and interferences.
