Ich habe das Problem das ich die Sounds von rechts links höre und anders herum.

Dieses Problem ist nicht nur in Spielen sondern über auf der Xbox. Ich habe schon vieles probiert wie zum Beispiel die Konsole neu starten oder das Kabel von meinem Headset oder meiner Lautsprecher raus und wieder rein zu machen. Ich bitte um Hilfe weil
es mich einfach nervt. Danke

Sounds like you put them on upside down...flip them over....

You will need to go to Request an Xbox refund | Xbox Support, sign in, select the item you want a refund for, fill in the required info, and then request the refund!
After your refund request is approved it shall take from 3 to 5 business days for your money to be back!

Try to UNPLUG POWER and pull the console out, turn it upside down, and then on the side, now plug back in , and see if any change to the tap sound, it doesn't sound like anything that could affect console performance, it sound like plastic or a wire
just moving when you tap it.
