Sound interference when using xbox wireless controller and sony WH1000XM4

Hello DmitryFED, By your description you are connecting two devices wirelessly to your PC's bluetooth, unfortunately not all PC`S can deal well with two devices connected at the same time to the PC, so it eliminates the interference.

Unfortunately in your case you will have to choose one or the other to connect by wire.

A possible solution would be an external Bluetooth adapter, but it is not guaranteed not to cause some interference.

There is a non-obvious temporary solution, if the game is launched through the Steam client, using an alternative gamepad driver, then everything works without stuttering and friezes, and the problem of disabling the Xbox gamepad for a couple of seconds is also solved (this problem was also described here on the forum) Therefore, I think that there is some kind of solution for everything to work properly, without installing Steam and additional manipulations with adding third-party games to Steam. It’s as if the problem is in signal management, it’s good through the Steam driver, but without it, friezes and stuttering (I apologize if something is not clear, I’m from Ukraine, I’m writing through a translator and therefore there may not be an accurate translation of thought)

Hmm, is the Windows 10 PC also off when you tried? It sounds like there could be some wireless interference when you're syncing the controller. Give
this guide a shot and see if it helps out.

This sounds like an issue with 2.4 ghz interference which the Xbox 360 wireless headset uses as does you're wifi. Are you playing using a wireless internet connection on your Xbox 360? if so, you might want to change wireless channels to see if it alleviates
interference.

Sounds like external signal interferance messing up the wireless signal of the controller.

If you have a wired controller, or a play and charge kit cord to use as a wire, try that out and see if there's different results.
