Sound in Xbox App

I ran the clean boot. The app troubleshooter detected no problems.

I also tried the game in clean boot with no luck.

Uninstalling both the xbox app and minecraft app did not work.

Have you tried re-installing the Xbox App on your PC?

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Try this out and let us know the results.

I'd recommend performing a full reboot of your laptop, and see if that helps resolve the audio issues.

If that doesn't work, then I'd look into resetting your Xbox App but clicking on Settings > Apps and finding Xbox app in the list. From there, click the app and select "Advanced options" on that next page click "Reset". Let it do it's thing and then try
the app and streaming again.
