Sound and picture out of sync when use GameDVR

Go in to settings and select blu-ray. There should be and options in there to adjust how the blu-ray discs are played. If nothing else work you can try holding the power button down on the front of the console until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet
for 30sec then plug back in and power back on and hopefully everything will be working properly again.

It's an issue of recording his voice, not the sounds from the game. Any thoughts?

I'd like to add that the games are not intensive whatsoever. Enter the Gungeon, Jotun look horrendous, while games like Far Cry 4 works flawlessly (I think, since I only recorded a 45 second clip) and Witcher 3 only glitches out at random intervals. Usually
when I'm standing still.

Another Problem: The GameDVRs got no Sound anymore and don´t look better as promised.
