    My account had been banned while I was in the shower and someone had got on my account saying very bad words on the texting and had got me suspended for a week but it had been a week or two since it had happened and I still haven't got unsuspended. please
    help

    The enforcement don't use the forums.

    An email should of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why & how long you are suspended or you can check on the enforcement site

    I have had an Enforcement Action placed on my Xbox Live account. I can not fully understand the reason why.

    It is only for a 24 hour period and it is due to my communication, messaging I believe so I can't chat or message.

    World of Tanks certainly brings out the armchair generals in force, stating how bad you are or how you need to play, so at times, one reacts with an odd expletive pertaining to self pleasuring. I am sure I only used it once.

    In fact my American and European gamer pals, refer to me as an English Gentleman, as it is unknown for me to fully participate in some of the conversations that arise that border on vulgarity.

    When one hears the fruity language that I would not tolerate in my household, in The Division, sold by and endorsed by Microsoft, its a very bitter pill to swallow.

    I have however reported a gamer for the content of his conversation whilst in party chat and appalling references he was making to African Americans. I hope that this has nothing to do with my Enforcement Action.

    Have you checked the enforcement teams website to see if there was another suspension put onto your account by signing in at enforcement.xbox.com

    Yeah,sounds like it maybe a console privilege suspension.

    As ngocpgi said,using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is a violation of the code of conduct.

    Console privilege suspensions are issued to stop you from doing this.

    You can see why your main account was suspended by going to the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    The enforcement team don't use the forums so nobody here can tell you anything else.

    Unfortunately since it's a 24 hour suspension, all you can do is wait it out. Depending on how quickly you were sending messages, they may have been flagged as spam.
