    SoT Black Dog Pack still not recieved


    Hi, I pre-ordered Sea of Thieves and still haven't received my Black dog pack. I've already had a chat with support who sent me here, the conversation ID is 1421702735. I have Checked my emails and Xbox live app messenger and no code has been sent. Is
    there any chance the code can be resent through the app or emailed?

    Hi, thanks for getting back to me so fast. It looks like there was a mistake with the code. Instead of the Black Dog pack one I got a skin for a different game SMITE. It says Anubis Stargazer skin. I didn't redeem it since I don't have that game so if you
    need the code still to swap it for the SoT one it should be available.

    SoT - Launch Status Update    ? As mentioned on that page, items gained through redeeming codes has temporarily been disabled due to stability issues. This applies to the Black Dog Pack as well as the MixPot rewards. For updates regarding this issue, please
    keep an eye on the News section of that page.

    Still not receiving the "Black Dog Pack"

    Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

    Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.
