    SoT 3 month promo not working


    Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices

    This does not work and have had about 4 different live chats with agents and the last one told me they cant do anything and sent me here I qualify and the offer does not give me the discount or mention the costume on that page. Want to take advantage of
    this for the costume only as I play on pc and have 0 use for live.

    Thanks for letting us know, and apologies for the delay!

    To start, if you clear the cache in the browser you're using, then follow
    this link     to purchase Gold via that promotion and make sure you're signed into that page with an account that does not have a currently active Gold membership, do you see the discount reflected properly there?

    Also, please note that, per the terms listed on the bottom of the promotion's page, the Mercenary Pack reward will be delivered via Xbox Live message by 5/31/2018.

    I have already tried this and have had numerous live chats with staff all having mixed options. I have tried this from 4 separate devices and do qualify for this. I Don't believe the promotion is working i have had numerous friends from numerous countries
    with new and old account that all qualify and no one is able to use this promo.
