'Sorry, you are not allowed to join and session' in Asphalt 9 solution?

When I try to join a session or play multiplayer I get the message above. Is it because I entered my age because 14 or what? I really need to play multiplayer mode in Asphalt 9
Please let me a solution for this problem

change privacy settings.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

Asphalt 9 Legends is a Windows 10 only game, hence why you cannot download the game with Windows 8. Check the system requirements on here
