Double checked my accounts were the same and did a full reinstall of the XBox app from the Windows Store. Still doesn't allow access to the Perks with the same error

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Apparently, it's a general problem, I've had this error for days, and my alternative is to use the Xbox game pass app on my smartphone to be able to claim my perks. I've tried numerous solutions too, I believe this can only be resolved with an update from Microsoft.

I suggest you report this issue to the Xbox team, I did the same, I hope they resolve it. You may be reporting this issue via the link below.

NOTE: Only some perks can be claimed by the Xbox game pass mobile app.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. The problem is also happening to me, apparently, it's a general problem, it actually happens with all the perks I try to visualize. Anyway, I suggest you try the solutions below, for some people it worked.

Solution 1: Make sure your windows are updated to the latest version, whether it's windows 10 or 11.

Solution 2: Make sure you have your account logged in to the Microsoft store and also Xbox app, both must be the same.

Solution 3: Log out your Microsoft store account and also the Xbox app, now type the term WSRESET in the windows search bar and run the app as administrator, a window will open, wait for the window to close automatically and restart your computer, after that login your Microsoft Store account and Xbox app again.

As I said apparently it's a general problem, so many people have the same problem, I can see my perks by the mobile app, apparently, the pc app is buggy, we'll have to wait for an update from Microsoft.
