when I click to install dlc it come up with this message. I have restarted the game and computer as well as its a windows version bought on the windows store. Not sure what to do.

Also, make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed, it works with the Xbox App.

this doesnt work i have 22h2 but still i cant download my dlcs i have the same problem

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Are you having this issue on Xbox or PC? Have you tried hard resetting your console?

If you haven't here is how:
