Hi

I'm trying to buy Battlefield 4 Premium with money I just buy $50 Microsoft gift card and redeem into my account (At the moment
"US - Personal Account • You have $61.00 USD" . However,
When I'm purchase content in console I get a message saying "Sorry, we couldn't get authorization for this.Use a diffrent or new way to pay..."

it would probably be faster to just get a new credit card and pay with the card, but if you want to use the money that's on your console, you will need to contact xbox support at

1-800-4MY-XBOX (469-9269)

they will have to have this issue escalated to tier 3 which can take up to 4 business days for them to contact you back on the issue at hand. they will most likely contact you through email, say you will have to keep a look out for that.

another thing is you probably have a balance on your account, you can check that at commerce.microsoft.com to see if you owe anything. but your best bet would be to call the number above that I gave you
