Sorry we couldnt complete your request error pops up and cannot launch any games

Ya i tried to and then when i start to sync my xbox and pc it acts like it launching window media center then an error pops up saying the game couldnt launch. and to redownload the game...

Hey there, sorry to hear this, are there any error codes that pop up when you tried to launch them?

I get the following message when trying to use paypal to add MS points - "We cannot complete your request now, please try again later. Message 40001".

There is nothing wrong with the paypal account. This error pops up just from clicking the "pay with paypal" button on the

list of payment options page.

I am also facing the same issue when i am trying to register new Subscription.

When click on 'CONTINUE' button the following error appears.
