"Sorry we can't upload your picture right now. Try again in a little while." Error

I recently made a new account separate from my main. I wanted to customize it but couldnt set my image using the Xbox App. Ive been trying to change it for 4 days now which each prompt saying “Sorry, we cant upload that picture right now. Try again
in a little while.” I need help to know how to resolve this.

So what your telling me is that the feature to change my gamerpic is offline because of Coronavirus?

That feature is currently disabled.

The team that moderate the gamer pictures has been temporarily moved to assist with keeping the servers up and running with the increase of gamers playing online. It is in regards to the current situation in the world.

So you are saying Microsoft staff is not being able to work from home office while in lockdown?
