    Every time I try to start a 30 day trial of realms, this message just keeps popping up. My wifi works just fine and I can play on other multiplayer games.

    I am trying to buy a 30 day realm but when i press to but it a message pops up amd it says somthing went wrong we were unable yo complete your purchase maybe check youe internet connection but my internet is fine i can play online and download things is
    there any fixes for this because i want to start up a realm.

    Hey so I'm here with the same issue .I had 3 other friends try to use their free 30 day Realm trial and none of them could. We are all met with the same prompt .Would be really nice to have because we are considering playing long term, but aren't settled
    on the idea of paying for a Realm. We came to the conclusion that we would try it to see if it's even worth it vs.us just scheduling a time we can all play so that way we don't have to pay anything. But we can't even do that. Can this be fixed?

    Edit: Just to see if it would work, I tried purchasing a 2-Player Realm and that didn't even work. I literally can't buy a Realm.

    For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

    Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
