Sorry, This console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date message

So I just started getting this message, bought this 360 about 2 years ago new so i"m the original buyer. Got it with the 2 year sub and well yeah after that all the problems started happening. First my xbox stopped working, checked it out some how it disappeared.
Contacted xbox CS and they I guess added another 2 year sub, so it will fix mine. two months later it happens again and the same thing was done, now I get this message and am wondering what the heck is going on. I get on to check my account and to see I have
no sub. Contacted support about it and they said it was cancelled, so they tried to reinstate it and some how cant.

What am I suppose to do? I dont want to resub again and have to go through the same thing. I was told to buy another 12 months sub, which is what I dont want to do.

Another agent says my sub is suppose to end 4/11/15 but for some reason cant give me any information about how many payments or how can I cancel it as it wont pop up.

Xbox 360 is unusable.

My Xbox 360 says: "Sorry this console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date."

I bought this Xbox 360 brand new on ebay and never signed up for any subscription.

Is there anything I can do? My Xbox 360 is unusable.

Xbox won't work

My Xbox is telling me. Sorry, this console can't play until your subscription payments are up to date and Microsoft account not available . It won't even let me play a game but I'm still signed into Xbox live

I'm afraid this issue ,as far as I know, is something which can only be solved by Xbox Support, the people in the forums can't really help with an issue like this.

The only thing you can check is if all information (address and payment options) is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com

For all other actions I do think Xbox Support is required.

Unfortunately i dont think that heres a way update your console with out going back on xbox live. You will need to contact xbox live support agent to update your billing payments.
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us. Your only other choice would be to create another xbox live account and start from scratch.

Hi, I guess you had the entertainment for all plan and haven't kept up with the payments due to the card theft etc, you'll get thrown into some squalid prison and made to play PS3 24/7.
