Pinned apps disappear from home screen on Xbox One

My xbox says my pins aren't available sorry they should be back soon. On the other side of the dash board . Where the store is it says having trouble connecting it might be a problem on our side were working on it. Is anyone else having this problem?

It's same for me "Your network is good, but xbox live isn't sorry there's a problem on our side. we're working on it. online feature will come back in a while."

 

LOLZ me too. It tells me how many friends I have online but when I try do anything, I hit a loading screen and then some teredo thing, I mean, who is Teredo?? And I know the OP has good internet guys. I mean look at his photo, it says "your network is good".
I'm just gonna crash here and go on yt and fb p

 

What is there to discuss, its fairly obvious. His internet is fine, his connection to the Xbox Live servers are fine, however there is a problem at the server side.

 

And people say it's just my internet.....

On Vodafone NZ 100mb/s download and 10mb/s upload speed. And live in the city too. Yes my internet is good. Microsoft as evidence in my photo even states it when the Xbox One UI brought up that message. One of my friends in this thread is even having issues.
Well there's an update coming next month. So it's an issue on Microsoft's side. Ahm......
