    this is not right your ignoring my reports of fake accounts used by staff in this game app.. 2year bulling im suicidal and cant phone anyone..this is not right where is the number to call without u using xbox acc to cover you non help behaviour, its wrong. u and world mps are all in on the con..staling money and been trolled by staff i want to swear bad but no point hey.... xbox im goner make up mps get direct number outside account. moth after month can never get call back 5 year they been at it but last 2 unreal they need jail time honest it trolling bad harassing.

    I got through to one, they hung up on me (I got an email saying I was disconnected, but check the message, its clear they couldnt do it & hung up quick before they got a complaint.

    already tried that, they couldnt either & hung up on me - 3 weeks......when I last tried with microsoft staff via live chat, iwhen they realised they couldnt do it either I got this lovely message then they disconnected me....
