    Hi All, hopefully someone here can assist. I have now had 7 different chat session with Support, jumping back and forth with no joy towards resolving the issue.

    After my Account Migration Change, which I log into my profile to amend the Payment Options, I get the following error "Sorry, something went wrong.

    We’re not sure what happened, but refreshing the page may help, or trying again in a little while." Till now, none of them were able to assist. Best advise I am given is to wait for a couple of hours. (First 2 hours, then 4, then 24, then 48 and so forth)
    However after 2 weeks still no luck.

    Any of you possible know of an solution, I think my Live Account has an issue, yet no one from Chat is able to confirm anything?

    This is the error message i recieved on my xbox one and on the xbox.com page when i tried to enter codes for rainbow six seige. I preorder and i cant enter any codes what so ever. The network settings says everything is fine. i've been trying for about 5
    hrs now. the only thing i havent done is shut down my xbox and trying to enter the codes after.

  6. I was able to redeem Vegas and Vegas 2, but my season pass won't redeem even after trying off and on for the last three hours. Heck of a day 1, right?
