Sorry guys, I don’t play…but my son has been through 3 Xbox controllers

So....can you guys confirm that the Elite Controller still works fine with the X?

Im planing on buying one.

Any other news about it?

This is a known issue and there is still no conformed fix unfortunately

I've been through 4 controllers 3 Xbox ones and 3 play and charge kits

The issue has happened while in lobby's and in different games

Please fix this as this is the only issue that's REALLY annoying me

You guys need to give us a way to change the age in the settings in the meantime. My son is losing interest in Xbox and has been playing on PS4 more because of this.

Thanks! Sorry to be dense, but I don’t play myself so the subscription in my name is a bit of a waste. If I were to make one son the account holder instead of me if a child can be the account holder, and make the other son’s Xbox the home one, would that work for them both to play with gold?

My son must have installed the preview version but I have now uninstalled that. I am playing Minecraft main game through our Xbox game pass. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Also reset console and control but still get this. The controller is unresponsive to any buttons A and B don’t work so I can’t click on the continue or even go back. I’m stuck.
