Hi there - now that my regions match can I please have the rewards that accumulated since Sept? It's been the end of Nov and early Dec already. I just want to get back to being a recognized member of the community I care so much about rather than feeling
like I'm getting passed over or ignored with these rewards that are always taunting me on the site but I never seem to actually get...

Not the end of the world in the grander scheme of things, but within the context of Xbox Rewards quite a serious matter.

Hello new here and I dont know anything about xbox my 3 sons have been begging me for an xbox this christmas and I want to get it for them but have very little to spend on it I''ve saved up a 100.00 dollars this year for christmas and want to know where
I could buy a nice one it does not have to be fancy or anything just good enough for them to have something that they have been wanting forever. I been to game stop and the game system are too much or they have sold out of the cheaper version where else is
a good place to buy one with at least 2 games included. Thanks for your insight in advance.

We only deposit at the middle and end of the month. Since you only changed regions in the latter half of last month, that change was not processed by the end of month deposit. Please wait until this month's mid-month deposit.

The credits should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't receive it after the 15 days, you'll want to post in the Rewards Questions forum under support, not discussion.
