Hey , I am sorry for the inconvenience but while I was on vacation my friend went on my account and got me permanently banned I’m am very sorry and I will make sure that I never give my account info to anyone and I really want my account back,

Hello! You can always look at games on demand for full Xbox titles to be bought on your Xbox market place! If Final Fantasy dosn't show a "purchase option", then i am sorry to say you cannot buy it on the market place right now Maybe in the near future
it will become available!

there could simply be an issue with the marketplace atm, try restarting your xbox... if that doesn't work wait an hour or so and try again.

 

unfortunately I don't think it's possible to lift permanent bans from your account.sorry for that!

I'm sorry to hear about the situation. I will say though that you should never let anyone use your account without your supervision. You never really know how someone plays online. You could contact Xbox Enforcement Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
and explain to them the situation. However, I doubt they will lift the ban.

Again, it is very unfortunate however I hope this a great learning experience and you will be able to enjoy Xbox soon!

I don't think I could call someone who got my account permanently banned my friend anymore. Good luck getting it reversed, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

 

Unfortunately your account is completely your responsibility and you should never give out your password to your account. That itself is a breach of the Code of Conduct.
