Sorry data for this level is still downloading come back later

I just downloaded disney rush on my Xbox one and I am trying to get into the levels and I am getting the message sorry, but the data for this level is still downloading. Please, come back later! However the game is downloaded and ready to play. Is there
something I have to do to be able to go in the levels. It’s very frustrating and I’ve already shut the system down and went back in. Has anyone had this problem?

I try downloading my profile and it comes up with this. . . Sorry Xbox LIVE profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 80151011 . . . Also this has been going on for a week now.

It also says on status everything is fine.

 

IloMilo game how do you save your progress

Depending on your definition of progress during a level. With Ilomilo, the game automatically saves after every level is completed. You cannot, however, save during the level and come back to it later.

If you start a level, you cannot quit halfway through and come back to the same point later on. You will either need to finish the level in order for it to save, or start the level again when you next play.

 

For some reason games on the XBOX1 pop up as ready to play even though they are not. My guess is you just have to wait for the game to fully download.
