I have over 153K reward points. I have not been able to cash them in in over a year. I have contacted support on several occasions including thru Twitter
with no positive results and little reply. I am really getting tired of getting the emails every month telling me that I have points pending only to find out that I cannot cash them in. Please get this fixed.

Gears of War Codes

I have 4 game codes which I bought from my friend because he got these codes from purchasing Gears of War 4 Ultimate edition. The codes are for the full versions of gears of war 1,2,3 and judgement day. I am able to redeem the Gears of war 2, judgement day
codes but when I try redeeming gears of war 1,3 it comes up with "sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred. this error has been recorded and we will investigate. Please try to redeem your code later". i am confused to why I'm able to redeem 2/4 codes.

Its at the point where i get 4-8 of these types of accounts a week and its getting old real fast :/ im happy with the new update that seperates the messages into messages from friends and new contacts but im just tired of seeing these accounts
