    Sooooo disappointed had multiple Xbox systems Xbox one X has been the worst. Not due to its gaphics or playability, but when something doesn’t work all thats put the window. I called customer support a few times they told me to do offline system updates
    and resets which i kept doing for the last few months of the warrenty. It got more and more frequent till finnaly endless error codes. Sorry your system is now out of warranty sending it in will cost more than the system itself. Garbage! They could have added
    up all the Xbox live subscription money i have wasted to pay for almost all of the overpriced repair. So i finally started attempting to fix it myself till i just decided to toss it out the window. So next time you have around $350 just throw it out the window
    instead of buying the next greatest thing from Xbox cause they have fallen that far.

    Update last night!!!

    My console has been stuck on the xbox one loading screen for hours after this update...I'm fearing the worst, I'm really disappointed, Microsoft can't seem to get anything right with this console...such a disappointment.

    I have had the same issue with Xbox series x since day one just got it did all updates and every minute it disconnects I've waited soong to get this expensive console and a simple connection issue that I have never had with a Xbox before so I'm struggling to understand how Microsoft f'd this up this is unacceptable from a long standing such as yourselves this is the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced in my 39 years of gaming with Xbox glad my PS5 has arrived since their controller stays connected again sooooo disappointed in Xbox almost feel betrayed in so many ways.

    Disconnect from parties with no notification

    I was playing Battlefield 4 when it got really bad. however it doesn't happen with just that game it's not an in-game issue. I've had this happen to me while playing multiple different games it was just last night was the worst time that I've seen it. Had it kick me multiple times just sitting at the Xbox homepage. I've had this happen to me since the first Xbox One. it's followed me from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X the series S and the series X. Could it be related to my account?

    Yea, this has the worst leveling system next to killzone. At least in KZ, the points to the next level arent rediculous until you are one away from max. But that is sooooo skewed that you would have to play everyday all day to get to it quickly.

    I agree fire child . Xbox has been one big disappointment after another . I can't play 2k 16 because it doesn't even start . And now I can't even redeem my Xbox live code because it's giving me some error code . I spent way to much money on this to be let
    Down this frequently. Not to mention xboxs' support system is the worste. CAN ANYONE HELP ! *ALL I want to do is redeem my code and play 2k
