Sons Xbox Device ban

Ok ty but he is the only one to ever use it. I need to know why it was banned and if its permanent ban. I will just throw it in the garbage. I already canceled the subscription anything else I need to do besides trash it.

Because the ban is not tied to an account. Otherwise, they'd have to email every person who has ever used a console when it is banned and the ban may not even be related to that person.

I've already read and been through that. I monitor everything and nothing has been done to warrant a ban. I am so angry. How can Microsoft do this and make people buy another one. Thats just crazy. They (or someone else who has access to using the console) had to have done something.

They dont just hand out console bans for nothing. It takes repeated or especially egregious violations of the rules to be given a console ban and they dont give them out without an investigation into those violations being done first. They arent given out lightly.
