sons account

When I sign into my account, I can see my sons details correctly (shows his gamer tag followers, friends etc)

If I log into his account though, it gives the original gamertag name with no friends followers?

I have tried to re add the email that is associated with his account, but its says its already used/linked (even after removing him from the family group?)

He has been sent some credit and earned rewards, so we are trying to access these, but without being able to access the account/gamertag he is using we can't see them?

It looks like the account name is the original set when creating the account, which we changed to a specific name for him, but none of the friends achievements etc seem to be on this name that it shows when I log in?

Tried using the chat but that just loops you round from a virtual assistant back to the main support page

Ea Access Question

I have two different account on my Xbox one for me and one for my son. If I got ea access on one of the accounts could the other account play those games.

Was gonna say I never had to use a cc once sorting out my sons account.

Can you not change the region on MS website? Also can you upgrade it from a minor account to an adult account?

I take it your sons stores are in dollars?

 

First please turn the console off and unplug it for 30 seconds to clear cache and that could fix this.

Second, please remove and redownload the account as seen here, if you haven't already:

Next, if that doesn't work please factory reset the console keeping games and apps to remove all accounts from the console but keeping your games and apps installed: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

If you are logging onto the wrong account that could also cause this. Please check to see if the login emails are the same here:

Log in to the account with this problem and locate the email in the top left of the dashboard and see if that's the same one you're using to log in.

If the name is different then it is a different account.

 

Hi, it sounds like you have two different accounts. Try signing in with the gamertag you see on your family account, with the email and password associated with it. If it isn't displayed on the Xbox, open the guide, tab all the way to the left and select
add new. Insert original details used and that should sort it out.
