So my daughter was using my sons account to play Black Ops 4 when some random guy started to flirt with her when she commented on his level (Prestige 365 I think). She called him
[Mod Removed], as she thought he was a female at first and the guy reported that message. Now my son has gotten his account banned when he didn't do anything to deserve it. This is the last straw Microsoft. All you care about is making $$$
instead of trying to make the customers happy. Unlike Sony who actually listens to their customers and helps them with their problems regarding anything with their PlayStation account. They care about their customers, which I have come to realize. that you
in fact don't. I will be throwing away my Xbox One and investing my money in the now obviously better company and console, Sony makers of the PlayStation family. Congrats Microsoft you have now lost a loyal customer for 30+ years for one [Mod Removed] mistake.

Sorry for the issue with your sons account being banned. Unfortunately, the account holder is responsible for anything done on their account. You can try and do a case review to explain what your side is on the

Reports have to be investigated which takes time so your son got suspended for something he did weeks ago.

That's why he got suspended when he wasn't even online.

The answers for the questions are all available in the Code of Conduct so if you were familiar with that,which you should be,then the answers are easy.

My boyfriend got a permanent suspended said he was cheating and talking nasty to people and he wasn't its not right that they permanently suspended your account

I have noticed that sometimes it will show the full amount when the purchase is made, but the actual remaining amount was actually charged.
Not sure if that is also the case for you, but just to be sure you may want to double check the transaction for the charge via the bank (app) or credit card (app).
If indeed the full amount was charged, then it may be best to contact Xbox Support to see what options are available to try and get this resolved. Xbox Support can be contacted here:
