    Sons account has been unusable for about a week


    We initially dismissed the error as perhaps a server issue with Microsoft and figured it would work later. But in the absence of improvement I tried to sort it all out today.. My account on his xbox has no problems but anytime anything is attempting to access his account it acts like it's going to sign in but then just doesnt.. I tried to remove it and re add it and got stuck in a create new password loop(he doesn't even have it set to need a password) I reset his entire xbox and tried to add his account and got stuck in the create password loop but then added my account and was able to add family members to device in that way. But it still won't log onto his account. As a note this is his account.

    I don't know about the stamp card, but when i updated to the new version this week the app has been constantly crashing for me. As soon as I'm about to start a workout it will exit to the main xbox one dashboard. The app is unusable, its not just the stamp
    card. Please revert the update.

    Sometimes the achievements glitch a little bit I've gotten achievements that I haven't even done and I've also gotten some a week after I did everything give it some time and if it doesn't work I suggest contacting support.

    It's been almost a month now and I still don't have my achievement. After contacting both Microsoft and Ubisoft, they basically told me that they can't do anything to help because they can't force the achievement to unlock. I was really looking forward to
    playing shadow of war on xbox because of cross-play, but now it looks like I will be buying my future games on PS4 to avoid this issue from happening again. Thanks xbox.
