btw Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing last achievement Ultimate Collection doesn't get unlocked at all i tried doing a new game but didn't work as and yes i did met requirements to get the achievement but game didn't unlock it please i need help with this badly

I'm sorry to hear about the Ultimate Collection achievement not unlocking. If you haven't already, I would suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps below.

• Remove your
  Profile ONLY.
• Redownload your profile.
  
• Clear cache three times.
  
• Try playing the game again and seeing if the Ultimate Collection achievement unlocks.
  

I would also suggest checking out the steps listed on
TrueAchievements.com that other gamers have tried. The steps described there have helped unlock this achievement.

and if the 4 doesn't work can you get someone from the achievement area to add the points then just in case if that happens

 

There is an in-game glitch that affect certain gamers (I was one of them) where unlocked achievements gets locked for no reason.

You can try to verify if any achievements were still locked in the In-Game Achievements tracker, making sure none of them were re-locked. Try doing a Grand Prix Race and see whether the achievement gets unlocked?

If this failed, you can trying reverting to an older game saves or restarting your game.

i did all your steps and they didn't even work i even tried pm you about it

 

Miss Diggz Sega won't do a patch on it as well and i want MS phone number so i can get them to fix it for me if things are still not going well

Thanks for checking back in, as I'm sorry to see the achievement hasn't popped yet. I have a few suggested steps to try and resolve this.

Before trying the steps below, Clear the Xbox 360's cache three times, then delete
your profile only and redownload your profile onto your Xbox 360 console. Be sure to select Delete
Profile Only.

1. Move your current save off of the Xbox 360 console and onto a flash drive. After that, start a brand new save file and try to earn the achievement again.
   
2. If the step (1) above doesn't do the trick, try a new save on a separate console all together and play to earn those achievements.
   

This situation and these steps are not completely ideal, but those methods may reward you the
Ultimate Collection achievement. Thanks!
