    Son used Nba2k24 digital code under my account and not his? Anyway to transfer the perks?


    I bought my son the mamba edition of nba2k24 for Christmas. When entering the code he put it under my name and not his. The mamba edition comes with a lot of vc, myteam points, and other perks that he wants. Is there anyway to transfer the add ons to his account? He hasn't used any vc or claimed anything. He's just been playing the mamba moments. Thanks.

    Hi momcolon, as they told you, the only way now is buying some stuff in your store (since your account) and send him something.

    Transferring Xbox account onto a new Microsoft account.

    I have similar issue.
    When my son got an Xbox I set him up under my account; he was very young and I didn't want him to have his own account. Seemed best practice to set him up under my account.

    He will be 18 this year, he now has a Microsoft account, and wants to have his Xbox account under his own Microsoft account.

    It's absolutely ridiculous that Microsoft don't allow transfer between family members to account for kids growing up and wanting to take control of their own digital assets.

    Do you mean get the MLB perk?

    If yes, perks are only available for the account that owns the subscription

    This is why your son is not able to claim perks. (This applies to extra benefits like cloud gaming)

    You can only share game pass library and live gold (aka games)

    You can try redeeming the perk on the Xbox mobile app, you’re going to see like a 25 digit code, go with your Son’s account here and put the code
