Son has received a 2 day ban for typing “amazeballs”

I am glad of the safety features but this is ridiculous and no way of appealing it? How is amazeballs a suspension worthy thing?? It shows me the message and the only thing I can think that would flag is he’s written that? Is there a way to appeal it even tho there is no option on the enforcement page?

If the enforcement action does not qualify for a case review, you won't be able to send an appeal.

Im aware i csnt appeal it via the enforcement page indo however think its ridiculous and want to know if there is another way to escalate it?

My son has been banned today although he hasntbeen online i the last 3 days and we have rang 2 people and asked on forum and still have not been given a valid reason for the ban total disgrace!!
