Son got 24 hour communication suspension but I can't find out why?

Son got a 24 hour communication suspension but I can't file a review or find out why? Calling support did nothing but make me very frustrated as a parent and I can't file a review because it's just a 24 hour suspension. I know suspensions are not just handed
out for no reason so someone has to know exactly why. I have his side of the story but as a parent I want to know for sure.

I got a 24 hour communication suspension, but it up ans now i can hear a few people but they can't hear me. I need some help.

Comm suspension

hi, my recent 24 hour communication suspension just ended about an hour and a half ago and i have my privileges back but i cant hear anybody in party or game chat. I talked to support but i got disconnected so im posting this here.

apologies for the frustrations but 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

I am not looking for a review... I am looking for the reason for the suspension because as a parent I would really like to know.

I think it's wrong that nobody seems to be able to tell me.

24hour suspensions can't be reviewed because it takes longer then 24hours for multiple teams to review the case

Remember it's a very small.group of teams

Anyway you will never get exact words as it's protecting the privacy and integrity of the xbox live users

Just remind your child don't use mature language

It doesn't mattee who starts the fight everyone is accountable to.the rules

If 24 hour suspensions are not eligible for case review, how do you know what you did wrong? My son has no clue what happened and wants proof as to why he is being suspended. I there a way to find out? Thanks

You can't file for a case review if the suspension is 24 hours.

Doesn't matter who started it,you responded by using vulgar language,were reported,investigated & found out to be violating the CoC which is why you got a 24 hour suspension.

In future it's best to just report any messages you get like that & then block the sender,don't reply to them.
